SpeedAuto Fast uses Fast mode while you interact here. After 5 minutes without interaction, subsequent model requests use standard speed, including within a running Codex turn. Interacting or sending a message restores Fast. Requests already underway and existing subagents keep their speed. Older loaded Codex sessions and Claude switch at the next turn.
